MOTH GUARD comes shipped as a powder formula in a foil pouch.  Empty the contents into a container with a half a gallon of water.  Stir the mix to dissolve the active ingredients.  Transfer the solution to a plastic pressure pumped garden type sprayer for ease of application.  A hand misting bottle is also good.   Thoroughly remove any existing moth infestations. Regardless of whether the item has moths or not you must wash or clean your item and let completely dry. Lay the item on a flat surface over a large towel to protect from over spray.

Spray MOTH GUARD in an even pattern on the item from 10 to 12 inches away. Spray the edges oriental rugs and seams of garments or draperies slightly heavier. Allow the item to dry naturally without fans or heat. There is no need to double spray the item. Repeat on reverse side.  MOTH GUARD'S potency lasts from wash to wash. MOTH GUARD will protect the outer layers of wool skeins, roving, batting and fleece.  Immersion of wool in MOTH GUARD is not necessary.
